Automatic access statistics

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits each time you visit a page in so-called server log files. These are:

  •     Host name of the accessing computer
  •     Browser type / browser version
  •     Operating system used
  •     Referrer URL (website via which the visitor came to our site)
  •     IP address in abbreviated (anonymized) form
  •     Date and time of the server request

These data are only used for statistical evaluations and cannot be assigned to specific people by us. This data is not merged with other data sources.

Online advice via the webmail system

Online advice is provided via a specially protected webmail system at www.evangelische-beratung.info.

If you want, you can contact us anonymously via this system - without giving your name or address. All messages and data are securely encrypted and transmitted so that they cannot be read by third parties.

All employees of the advice center are subject to confidentiality and treat your request confidentially.

When you write to us for the first time, choose a password and write down an inquiry number. You can only read the answer and write further messages later with this access data.

You can provide an email address when submitting the request to receive an automatic notification as soon as we have replied to you. The email address entered is not visible to the consultant. Under no circumstances will personal data or confidential information be sent to your email address.

After 60 days without any further message, your request will be automatically deleted. You can also delete your request yourself at any time. In both cases, only a few statistical data about your request remain that cannot be linked to your person.
